Cancellation Policy

Distant Treatments

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we would ask that you inform us (by telephone, not SMS or email) as soon as possible, so that the appointment can be re-listed.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to be able to reschedule or cancel appointments.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a £5 admin fee will be charged.  In this case you will still be able to rearrange your appointment or receive a full refund – minus the admin fee – if cancelling is your preferred option. Please note that for unexpected circumstances, I am happy to rearrange your appointment at no extra fee.

Please note: Not attending your appointment without any prior communication will result in the full appointment cost being charged.

In person treatments

Due to the current pandemic, clients can now cancel their appointment on the same day should they not be well to attend. No fee will be charged, and the client will receive a full refund.

Please note: Not attending your appointment without any prior communication will result in the full appointment cost being charged.

Group courses

Once booked, I am afraid the course fee is no longer refundable but can still be transferred to another course date if notice is given at least 36 hours before the course. In case of emergency or ill health, your fee will still be transferred to another course date even if you are giving less than 36 hours notice.

Should the provider cancel the course without providing an alternative date, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of your fee.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
